A multidisciplinary workshop created as an interactive space of expression and exploration for teenagers and young adults between 15 and 25 years old.

The workshop has a duration of 4 days, each day concentrating mainly on one of four disciplines that serve as a pedagogical means and a record of personal growth:

Numerology: its Greek origin and the vision of the philosopher-mystic Pythagoras to understand number as the language of the invisible, the metaphysical, applying it to the observation of personality traits and interpersonal relationships.

Tarology: the Major Arcana of the Tarot as an instrument of self-knowledge and as a symbolic narrative that helps us to understand the processes of human experience and its various phases.

Neuroscience: understanding the structure of the brain and its biochemical processes in order to become aware of how the mind works, in other words the biology of our thoughts and emotions.

Performance Theater: physical theater and performance exercises to understand through action and movement that we are our body (instead of having or inhabiting it), thus living a state of embodiment (cohesion between body-mind-emotions).

The workshop is an immersive experience where participants train their sensitivity, empathy, and attention. Through an interactive and practical methodology, they become aware of their way of thinking and communicating, and therefore of the way they relate to themselves and to other people. In this regard they gain both theoretical and practical interdisciplinary resources to continue their personal development on a daily basis.

I wish to thank the students of the isArt Liceo Artistico Arcangeli of Bologna who in February 2023 participated in the prototype of this workshop, giving me the opportunity to meet them and to build this experience through the concrete practice and the contribution of each one of them.
