Workshops

Guided group spaces to explore, reflect, and find clarity together.

Workshops are guided small-group experiences designed as an accessible shared spaces and as an introduction to the work I offer in individual sessions.

They provide a shared and supportive environment where you can:

Develop practical self-regulation tools

Clarify inner processes

Strengthen presence, listening, and reflective skills

In short: a protected space to slow down, observe yourself, and reorganize what feels scattered or overwhelming.

Workshops do not replace individual sessions, but they can be a practical first step to begin.

They are designed for people who want to:

For many people, a workshop is the easiest way to understand whether this kind of work could also support them in a one-to-one path.

Past Projects

In recent years, I have facilitated workshops and learning spaces focused on listening, creativity, and decision-making processes across educational and artistic contexts.

The Representation of Power (2018)
Intensive workshop of physical and experimental theater developed together with the performer and dancer Elena Biagini. Participants explored within themselves the various meanings of the concept of "Power" looking for ways to translate it through their body into a scenic composition.
Domestic Animals (2018-2019)
Annual workshop of physical theater and scenic composition developed in collaboration with the performer and dancer Elena Biagini. The group wanted to explore the concepts of "House" and "Home", considering possible differences between nomadic and sedentary man. At the end of the year two plays were born: "Òikos: the primordial house" and "Dómos: inhabitants of tomorrow".
The Death of the Actor (2019)
Intensive course on authorship and stage composition for actors, performers and dancers. The course seeks to exalt the figure of the Actor, a scenic agent, as the inevitable author of his work, taking up similar notions from the essay "The Death of the Author" by Roland Barthes.
The Pestiferous (2019)
Workshop born during the development of the play "Crete and Flesh", where participants explored within themselves and through shared materials the figure of the "pestiferous" as marginalized, or minority considered "sick" and "contagious".
From the Novel to the Stage (2020)
Annual playwriting course in collaboration with the Sharazád Cultural Center. The participants implemented theoretical aspects, from the history of playwriting to the analysis of the hero's journey, with practical writing exercises to compose their own theatrical text at the end of the year from a novel of their choice.
Restless (2020)
Twin workshop of the theatrical work "(X)Stasis", projects realized in collaboration with the performer Leonardo Sbabo. Through the theatrical and physical experimentation of the concept of "stasis" we wanted to unleash an unbridled and tireless movement as a possible cathartic release after the Lockdown experience.

If this type of space feels aligned with your needs, you can start with a workshop — or move directly into individual sessions.
